From your initial enquiry to the date of your event our friendly Project Manager will work with you to ensure that you experience your Perfect Day.

We balk at the phrases “Set Menu” or “Pick any three from five”, firmly believing that each wedding function should be completely unique to our client. Wherever possible we delight in turning your thoughts into reality.

Grazing wedding breakfast

Yes, you do need to eat before your big day begins! So, for the morning of your wedding, we can offer an awesome selection of pastries, croissants, breads, fruits, granola, yoghurt, butter, jam & marmalade. Yum!

A selection of rustic breads & crackers, chutney, butter, olives & dried fruits, cheeses and a selection of cured meats, pork pie, scotch eggs, sausage rolls, fruits, berries, pate, ham.

Posh picnic

An amazing hamper basket to feed 8-10 guests delivered to each of your tables. Our ‘posh picnic’ selection will include cold ham, chicken, beef, pork pies, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, pickles, breads, a choice of paté, crackers, cheese, Kettle Chips, green salad, potato salad, roasted vegetable couscous, and coleslaw.

Our ‘posh picnic’ menu can be adjusted to suit your, and your guests’ tastes, and we can add a full fish platter or antipasti platter.

This menu also includes an assortment of mini desserts or an individual dessert from afternoon tea or main menu.

  • Cauliflower & gorgonzola soup with pickled pear relish

Sharing boards

Our delicious sharing boards are probably our most popular food for large gatherings. These can consist of virtually anything you like and can be served with an assortment of traditional accompaniments of vegetables, potatoes & Yorkshire puddings. Why not switch things up with lovely salads, mac ‘n’ cheese, and assorted sauces & sides.

Carve at the table joints - choose from turkey, beef, chicken, pork loin, gammon, lamb

Porky board - an assortment of all things pig – loin, sausages, belly pork, crackling, stuffing & apple sauce

Assorted meat board – any combination of joins

The slow cooked one – a slow cooked pork ribeye or lamb shoulder joint served with homemade pickled red onions & chimichurri

Salmon en croute

Serve at the table casseroles – choose your favourite comfort food

There is no way that we can list all the options available. Desserts should be the spectacular finale that your guests remember, and you can choose from our long list of options or let us know your favourites.

Our fabulous selection of desserts can be presented as an individual plated version, a larger version for the table to share, or why not choose one of our extremely popular grazing dessert platters served at each table.

Alternatively, you could have a dessert station/table for your guests to help themselves.

Our team of catering talents

We only employ the best, most fabulous, friendly, and fun people who are passionate about providing the finest event food in the region. We never use agency staff and treat each event we cater for as if we were feeding our own families. We firmly believe that if you work in hospitality, you should love what you do. That’s why we’ve ended up with a baby in our kitchen during the speeches, or why our staff sometimes go missing because they’re sewing a bride back into her dress (seriously, both these things have happened!) Doing our job is a privilege and one that we absolutely love, and it shows in the wonderful food we make for your event!
